The firm of SIEGRIST & LAZZAROTTO specialises in property law. We assist our clients in all the legal procedures to do with the construction, management, ownership, financing or trading of a piece of property. The cases that we deal with are therefore mainly to do with civil law (real rights, inheritance law), contract law, administrative law (local planning law, environmental law, construction law, public procurement law) or following on from major infrastructure projects.

Our clients are traditionally private proprietors, public bodies, institutional investors, professional agents (architects, engineers, bailiffs, brokers, promoters) or businesses.

Because of our core specialism, shared between all our members (for 30 and 20 years respectively as far as the two partners are concerned), and our relatively manageable size, the firm of SIEGRIST & LAZZAROTTO can, in our field, provide our clients with a specialised, personal and responsive service.

The partners of the firm of SIEGRIST & LAZZAROTTO act punctually as arbitrators, to resolve litigations to do with property law, and contribute to the continuing education of professionals in the sector, teaching tenancy law and regularly taking part in conferences, particularly in matters to do with real rights, expropriation, heritage preservation, etc.

For the years 2017, 2018 and 2019, following a survey* carried out by the newspaper Le Temps, BILANZ and STATISTA, the firm was awarded the distinction "Best law firm" for the specialties "Real estate law"," Construction and planning law "and" Tenancy law ".
